酒店所在位置环境非常好，温泉水也比较舒服，早餐丰富，房间宽敞，唯一有点不便的就是距离县城比较远，周边没有其他的商铺、饭店！
最坑的是导航点位置不正确！！

房间很大，床也大，前台服务热情又耐心，停车场离酒店有几个台阶和距离，前台会招呼电瓶车帮你带上来，去泡温泉也有电瓶车接送。早点丰富，节假日不包括泡温泉的门票了，泡池水很好，温度高，温泉自助餐丰富，居然有红糖鸡蛋和麻辣烫，就是温泉出来的淋浴的水太冷了，里面的沐浴乳和洗发水还是自带下，里面的不是很好。

酒店环境特别好，在房间就能看到海景美中不足的是游泳池不开放，现在为了保护洱海私人海滩也不开放，早餐比较丰富

早餐自助餐还可以，有二种饵丝可以尝尝，早上十点结束
房间面积大，卫生间里有浴缸，流的都是温泉水，可以在房间泡温泉
电瓶车组的彭师傅特别热情，党员先锋，点赞赞赞赞！
可能是国庆假期前一天服务人员太少，晚上进入温泉也没有服务员引导，偌大的一个温泉森林温泉服务人员太少，除了泳池那里几乎都看不到，夜晚泡温泉不安全！
另外酒店没有行李员帮忙推行李车，需要自己去拿行李车然后推到房间；还有需要咨询事物时总机电话打了没人接听。
