  酒店环境非常棒，空气很清新，房间也很宽敞，早餐很丰盛，室外泳池也很棒，但是去的时候赶上低温，只能尝试室内泳池了。店里的服务人员非常贴心，除了入门的欢迎曲奇，还免费提供了儿童早餐。在陵水自驾，游猴岛，去清水湾的小伙伴可以来这里住哦，出门就是椰田古寨，也是一个别有风情的小景点。

  房间窗外风景很好，直面酒店内的露天泳池和树林风景，早上和下午坐在阳台非常惬意。 卫生间下水道有些味道，找了前台后在我晚饭回来前很好的解决了。 第一晚入住时升级了房型，并在办理入住时赠送了刚烤的巧克力饼干。没看出跟我出海回来重新入住后的没升级的房间有啥区别，但没有了巧克力饼干。 早餐厅种类很丰富，口味中规中矩，服务态度都很好。

  入住体验很好，园区很漂亮，有一座假山是亮点，可以爬山，儿童乐园也不错，有专门的儿童乐园和儿童泳池。还有一个亮点，就是前台的一个很帅很高的童经理，服务真的超级好！比我住过的很多更高级别的五星级酒店的前厅工作人员服务都专业，喜出望外！酒店地段会稍微偏僻一些，如果自驾游来会更好，很适合带小孩

  疫情期间去的，酒店工作人员服务很热情，特别是前台小李，提前一天确定我的行程有无变动，到了之后顺利办理入住，还给我们升级了房间，送了水果早餐之类的，东西掉在服务台也给我们送上来，总之服务很热情，酒店环境也很好，很安静，早餐很丰盛，住了2天，很舒服的一次体验，另外，住这里最好自己提前租车会更方便一些

  来三亚好多次都是住在海棠湾的酒店，这次选的酒店虽然离免税店有段距离，但是酒店有去免税店的大巴也很方便。重点是酒店的性价比特别高，比起海棠湾附近的酒店环境都要好，安静很多。真的特别适合度假，服务很热情。拍照也很出片。
