首先酒店的硬件很差，房间里电话都没法打，入住的第二天早上5点50就被施工的电锤吵醒，老人孩子乱成一团，打手机到总台投诉，因为房间电话打不了，直到8点都没有解决，这就是挂牌四星酒店应有的服务吗？已经投诉至旅游局，建议大家都不要入住这家酒店，差评到底！

挂了4星的酒店，去了才发现是个别墅群改建的。可能酒店时间比较长，正在改建，道路和部分别墅都在改建，早上7：00就开始出现装修声音。不胜其扰。问了前台，由于是节假日，所以比日常贵3倍，平日300多元的价格对得起这个装修和服务，但800多就不值了。房间打扫不认真，烟灰缸里还有前面房客的烟蒂。可能酒店管理者和老板给清洁工的工资太低，清洁工用另一种方式报复老板。
酒店的早餐一般，但还可以，适合中国胃。
值得称道的是酒店位置，就在天目湖边，地理位置非常好，周边环境也清静。

酒店正在大规模装修，到处都在施工，房间还有蜘蛛网，最不能忍受的是，没办法洗澡呀，放出的热水全是黄的，还带着泥沙，放了好久都还那样，感觉好久没人来住了，实在是无语！
