酒店就在海边，沙滩很棒。酒店服务人员都非常友善，房间很大，很整洁。酒店有往返文昌高铁站的班车，不过需要提前24小时预定，对坐高铁的朋友们还是很方便的。

酒店庄重大气，房间整洁舒适，海边景色别致，餐饮丰富。遗憾的是，入住后发现房间的壁橱里竟然有两个旅行箱，估计是前而客人遗忘的，打电话通知前台，竟然过了半个多小时才来了个服务生，看了看走了，以为她去找人处理，可一个小时过去了，酒店方面还是没人来拿走行李，直到打了投诉电话才来人取走]两行李箱，简单的事情处理的毫无章法。
