给爸妈订的，下午过去后，酒店说没有在他们那边下单，我是通过同程旅游下单的，酒店说他们没有和同程合作，只合作了其他的网站，我让他在合作的网站后台查看下，酒店工作人员一直说没有，远在上海的我一边打电话安抚爸妈，一边电话同程客服，一边电话酒店客服，沟通了半个小时左右吧，同程电话打不通，酒店人员过了好久说他们找到了我们的订单，找到了，找到了！我就想问，如果你一直找不到，我爸妈人生地不熟的去哪？太差劲了，还一直说自己全都核对了，就是没有我的订单！本来说要投诉，爸妈说算了，给个差评，没有其他理由！
