酒店服务非常热情周到，预定后会打电话与你沟通，需不需要接机，坐的哪次航班，都会提前确定，很有心！酒店里机场不远，周围吃饭的地方也挺多，总得来说还不错。

每次在乌鲁木齐下飞机都入住这里，酒店离机场很近还可以有接送机服务。酒店周边有饭店早餐店和24小时营业的超市（超市就在出门左拐，太方便半夜下飞机的苦逼了）九点设施不算新但是卫生很不错，wifi也不会像其他酒店那样断断续续的，好！！！

离飞机场只有两站接机很方便，交通很便利，站在酒店的窗户旁边就可以看到有没有大雾，观察天气十分方便。前台服务态度还可以，就是以后要多留心除酒店门前班车的其它班车，要不然想找到白天鹅酒店还真不容易，特别是天快黑和第一次来酒店的客人.司机和门卫都很热情。因为接机方便，卫生干净，下次还会来入住。

位置不错，附近超市饮食都很方便，接送机服务都很贴心。装修比较新，看着都比较舒服，我都洗漱用品没有要求，因为都是自带，卫生而且环保。唯一有点遗憾就是隔音效果似乎不是很理想，楼下说话，我们房间都能听到，模模糊糊，但是睡意来了也就影响不大了。
