经常出差，所以重在体验，本人也从事酒店管理多年，所以给贵酒店提这样几点建议：第一，设施有些陈旧，该翻修改造了；
二，布草应该是从开业至今没换过，毛巾浴巾都毛边了，这样还给顾客用不合适；
三，卫生还不错，还带更加提高
四，服务是重点、酒店行业拼的就是服务，本人在这住了几天重点观察了一下前台和客房的服务，先说客房，客房服务员见到客人不问候，再说前台，前台服务总体还不错，就是有一个姑娘服务态度极差，（工牌有姓名，这里我就不点名了给留点面子）不知道贵酒店怎么做的人事安排，这样的服务也能在前台？特别对靳雨佳，陆淋（工牌名字）提出表扬，微笑服务，很热情。希望贵酒店加强管理。提高服务质量！

第二次来了，还是没有暖风，那个瘦小哥接待热情，让服务员加了被子，勉强凑合一下吧！

设施有些老化、位置处在景区，第一次住酒店居然说是集中供暖、中央空调没有暖风，简直奇葩！好在前台两个帅哥（看到工牌名字叫陆淋，李文博）服务还不错，打电话说冷，马上让服务员送了被子，很热心，要特别感谢一下，尤其是瘦瘦的那个前台小哥进大厅后立马倒了一杯热水，这一点很贴心！
