水龙头一打开水是黄色的，电视看不了，Wi-Fi连上也不能用，房间电话连前台总机都打不了，让加个枕头被子被告知每个房间只有一套没得加，早上不到8点，楼下广场舞的喇叭就响起来了，西安行住的最贵的酒店，最差的设施最差的服务。儿子说必须差评

同程定的大窗户房间，来了服务员折腾我背着重行礼楼上楼下折腾了三趟，最终以我补款为条件换成了标间，加钱换标间业倒罢了，住的房子马桶是坏的，上洗手间都是去楼道公共卫生间上的。

都不错，就是12店以前入住不了，我早上六点多到的，告诉是要12店才能入住，说12点以前没有房间，可是在网上还能订到房间。可能是在玩饥饿营销吧。
