和朋友带着两个一岁宝宝去的，玩的很开心，服务也很周到。园区内有摆渡车，想去哪里在微信羣内説一声，等一会会就会有车来。房间乾净整洁，私汤也超赞。总之是一个超级美好的周末，期待下一回再去~

酒店位置很好，环境优美，交通便利，非常适合休闲度假[强]房间设施齐全，乾净衞生，服务热情周到。细节方面：有专人提前谘询客户入住时间，以便安排调整私汤的温度；专门建立了微信羣，根据客户需求，羣里随时有相关人员解答处理；每个房间和客厅均安排欢迎水果；根据客户需求安排摆渡车方便园内出行[强]所有工作人员都非常热情，特别表扬前台工作人员（因电话占线未能及时接听电话后及时致电客户）和小李（抱歉不知道全名）服务细致周到[强]

第二次入住了之前定的房间停电了房间升级了别墅里的银杏树很漂亮早餐也比上次五一的时候好吃些送的下午茶还可以唱歌很开心。
