衞生：房间很乾净，衞生设备齐全。周边环境幽雅，很安静，离地铁站距离近，到大唐不夜城坐地铁很快，建议地铁，我打车去很堵，时间长。不夜城是西安的标志之一了，如果可以的话建议去一下，从酒店出发在科技路地铁上到大雁塔站下即到，喷泉很漂亮值得期待！

从进门开始的贴心服务。办理入住时前台非常热情，不仅效率高，还免费升级了房型，进入房间那一刻心情直接大好。
每天都有新鲜水果送到房间，小细节做得很到位，期间有额外需求也能及时响应，沟通顺畅、态度专业，让整个入住过程非常轻松、安心。
离店之後的服务依旧在线。
全程服务经理Sherry 高仙颖特别周到，让人感受到持续的尊重与温度。

We enjoyed an unforgettable Shangri-La Xi'an Horizon Club room experience recently. All thanks to front office staff Belle and concierge staff, Bryan for their very warm and attentive service. The hotel and room was tastefully furnished, very clean and comfortable. The ambience was cool and relaxing. Loved the fragrant and quality of the toiletries . The welcome fruit and drinks with a greeting note in our room was well appreciated so as the complimentary high-tea at Horizon Club Lounge on the 19th floor. The breakfast buffet spread was tasty and varied. The concierge staff helped us book transport to another destination efficiently.

本人於近期入住香格里拉酒店，对早餐服务人员***在清晨6点左右的表现表示极度不满，其服务态度之恶劣、职业素养之低下，完全不符合五星级酒店应有的标准，具体问题如下：
1. 态度恶劣，缺乏基本服务意识
清晨6点多，我们因行程出发特别早需要打包两份早餐以便在路上用餐，***作为当班早餐服务人员，全程面无表情、态度冷漠傲慢，以极其生硬的语气告知“只能打包麪包，其他食物一律不可外带”。更令人无法接受的是，她直接甩出一份《食物外带申明》要求签署，全程未做任何解释或安抚，行为粗暴且充满不耐烦。迫於无奈，我们只好在极短的时间内完成进餐，体验非常差。
2. 区别对待，“两面派”行为
在无领导监督的清晨时段，***完全暴露了其真实的服务态度：消极懈怠、毫无专业性可言。与有领导的情况下的笑脸相迎形成鲜明对比，此种“两面派”作风严重损害客人体验，也反映出酒店对一线员工管理的失职。
3. 规定不合理，缺乏人性化考量
作为携程黑钻会员，本人入住过多家国内外五星级酒店，在要求合理的情况下，从未遇早餐禁止外带或要求签署申明的情况。即便酒店确有相关规定，也应通过友好方式沟通解释，而非以“甩文件”“冷脸拒绝”的方式处理。这种缺乏灵活性与客户关怀的规定，实在令人质疑贵酒店的服务理念。
本差评仅针对***一人，香格里拉酒店其他员工服务良好、专业周到，对此我们表示认可。但***的恶劣行为已严重影响酒店形象，希望对***实施严肃处罚并重新培训。
