  简直太气愤了，遇到问题整个酒店从前台到经理没有主动解决问题，一直説没有办法，讲各种藉口，你这里是旅游区服务行业，怎么可以一点危机解决方案没有，第一个问题，空调没有热风，晚上很冷，我给了答案，我説你找两个油汀电暖类的东西吧，第一时间前台回覆我没有，然后让男工人来看看，我穿好衣服等着来了，我説找取暖的东西，要不就退房，结果变出来一个电暖器，我説前台有没有热宝或者热水袋，依然很嘲讽的告诉我没有那个东西，我説那那几个空瓶子装点热水也行，依然没有，我自己想了办法，然后睡到半夜十二点突然出了一只很大的会飞的黑虫子，给前台打电话依然没办法，我説来个女服务员 结果还是让工人来的，我再次穿好衣服，来了依然説没办法，还説那你打开灯那么亮他就飞过来了，是因为有虫子我当然要打开灯，这都是什么逻辑思维，我问杀虫剂弄一点呢，他没有提醒我他杀虫剂很大的味道，结果虫子不知薰没薰死，我差点薰过去了，我气愤的叫经理来，结果终于出现了女经理，第一时间还是找各种藉口，虽然同意换房间，但是应急方案没有给我答案依然是我给他们办法，这点问题都解决不了还开什么酒店作为经理没有第一时间给解决方案，而是各种藉口，更搞笑的是，曾经前台口中没有的电暖器这时候变出来两个，是怕费电还是不想解决？最后没办法才拿来？最后搞的我凌晨二点多才入睡，这次入住简直是差评，还有睡不着了一看手机，竟然他家房间在**才100多，我花了二百多，我真的懒得和他们讲，真是评价供大家参考吧，服务太差

  晚上气温低至6度，但空调不制热，问酒店，説制热还未开，并且空调由另外第三方（好象什么物业）管理和控制。经向携程投诉，又改口説坏了修不好，提供取暖器。也怪自已不仔细，在11月携程该洒店的点评上，已经有客人投诉制热空调没有。真是奇怪了，在11月底的浙江，还有标着携程四钻的酒店不开空调的，遇到商家不上路，难免的，但经过携程层层把关推荐的酒店不上路，真不应该，携程内控机制出问题了！投诉后，不断打电话要减免部分房费、赠予积分作为补偿，给客人补偿不是所有客人的投诉的全部，怎么样避免客人（包括所有客人）再遇到这种遭遇更为重要！不知这么久过去了，携程想到了更好的内控机制了没有？有时候品牌名誉比一点点利润可能更重要！

  就在啤酒小镇内，对面有银泰城，后面有卡丁车场、小童乐园、灯塔，环境还可以，饮食也方便，送的券也很实用，赞！

  这次亲子出行选择这家酒店真是选对了，位置在商圈，购物吃饭出行，都非常方便。环境没的説，房间很大，也很乾净。酒店还送了啤酒博物馆门票，很划算。
