  酒店装修风格很独特，套房面积也足够大，住起来非常舒适。遇到的服务人员都很热情，体验很好。有提升空间的地方在于套房内门太多且略显笨重（洗手间的门老让我担心砸到手），而且衞生间不够智能化。除此之外都能满足我出行的需求

  普普通通一间酒店，空调尚算可以，够凉。 价钱收费公道。 但那么新的酒店，很多功能也是坏坏的。 如本身住的房的电视，由于是尾房，是一部小电视，房间也较小，而且也时坏坏的，整了好几次，才叫修好可看。较好的是，在前枱叫了人来修，很快就有服务员来。 之后，充电掣也有些是坏的。 送了早餐，不好吃的，不新鲜，不好味，偏咸，都是普普通通的质素。 唯一好处是近高铁站，赶车可睡长时间一点。

  昨天上午去住的，感觉特别好这俩酒店，在这之前还住过两次，扮完入住前台小哥哥带我们去房间，然后房间也很不错，房间设施齐全，衞生也很乾净整洁，是投影的，躺在床上看电视很不错，浴室里也有护发素，防滑垫什么，做的很周到的还是，点外卖机器人送不上来的，前台就给送，外卖也不延迟，住的很舒服

  本来预订了双床房，因为是去年刚装修的，还是味道挺大，联系了前台，很爽快的给换了楼下的房间。更换的房间很大，装修风格个人很喜欢，挺有意境的。能在京城这个价格住到这么大的房间真是惊喜了??位置也很好，紧邻朝阳公园，离地铁站不远，早餐也营养丰富、品种也挺多的，以后去北京还会考虑入住的。

  房间挺大的，前台小姐姐和linda还帮我升级了房型，还有入住果盘，情绪价值足足的～ 房间订餐的烟燻三文鱼沙拉很好吃，布朗尼冰淇淋也超浓郁，晚上22：30还能送到房间 还有泳池，水很清，人有点多，但是体验感还不错，有暖水恒温池可以泡着。 Linda管家服务态度蛮好的，很周到啦。 哦对了，离华发滑雪场很近，开车几分钟

  房间非常好, check-in 手续非常顺利迅速. Winnie 服务态度非常好, 服务很贴心周到. 订的房间没有大床还帮我们免费upgrade 了. 退房手续很快, 还有磁贴伴手礼. 谢谢Karina跟Winnie. 下次还会再来, 推荐!

  酒店房间整体很乾净 浴室防水亦做得很好 因为有小朋友很怕淋浴间门会漏水出地下 今次房间里的设施设计都很到位 住起来不会怕小朋友撞到滑倒 ??另外床品和房间里的抱枕都很乾净 不会给人有旧旧脏脏的感觉，如果有带小朋友出门 都会明白这些细节是很重要的。另外房间冷气有点小问题，管家Linda很细心尽责 有一路主动询问情况帮我们换房间令小朋友晚上都能睡得好??这次周末体验很好 下次还会再入住??

  Spacious and comfortable family room. The hotel front desk was very professional and efficient with check in and out. Managed to buy a nice buckwheat pillow in a nice carry on pillow bag. The light supper service by the chef and staff was excellent as well.

  Booked this hotel since I have an early flight at 9 plus and did not want to wake up super early. It was very crowded when I checked in. This showed that the hotel is a popular choice. There is light supper but do go before midnight. The room was very spacious to place all my luggages. It was very clean and well maintained There is a small platter to welcome us too. Service is good. We asked for extra pillows and toilerites and it came fast, which give us more time to rest.

  性价比很高的全服务酒店，同时还没有大酒店的一些毛病，比如有机器人送餐。房间不大但乾净舒适。值得一提的是恒温泳池，绝对的一流水准，水温完美，视野舒服，阳光充足。需要改进的是洗浴，晚上水温不稳定，备品品质一般

  what is very good, like a 5 Star Hotel: - Pillows and bed are extraordinary good - Air conditioning is perfect, quiet, efficient - Air humidifier and cleaner in the room as additional plus - TV has a really large size - High quality tea, coffee and and even some cold beverages in the room for free - Very well thought design and mood lighting - Large room and large bathroom, separated shower and toilet - Very good sound insulation and also smoke from the corridor stays out (Some nasty guys smoking on the non smoking floor) - Electric curtains and Shades, can be controlled from bed - just perfect. - Wifi is fast, although it needs password AND additional registration is a bit annoying - friendly and helpful staff at check-in Regarding these points, the only thing that keeps this hotel away from 5 stars is the missing pool (which I don’t need). This is true 4++ stars, but…. What is not good and should not happen: - Shower thermostat control broken, can only be adjusted hot to very hot. Unacceptable - Shower installation in general is faulty, the rain shower head is so low, I almost bumped my head. - Water kettle shows strong wear marks, looks old, not nice. - Hair dryer has only one setting: Very hot. It is so hot it overheats every 20 to 30 seconds and stops working until cooled down. Bad quality chosen. - Breakfast is small and the quality is just average to below average. Worst part is the coffee machine needed milk and cleaning and the staff was unwilling to do so. This is bad. - Bus to the airport has a every 20 minute schedule, but if you don’t carry bags the driver will eventually just skip the tour and let you wait 40min Altogether good value and one of the best hotel rooms that can easily keep up with 5 stars houses. Still I really hope they improve the deficits as they mostly come from laziness. Currently therefore I would not recommend this hotel now.
