  订了普通的loft的房间 但因为有些房间在装修 所以给我们升级了带滑梯的 前台工作人员非常专业 管家Anne也是有问必答 没问也会定时各种问候，入住前台能明显感觉到都是受到比较专业的培训的！到小孩子玩的乐园也能感觉到比较关心小孩的 特别是kate 全程陪小孩聊天，感谢！下次还来

  不愧是千岛湖特别推荐的度假酒店，周末的短途度假非常放松舒适。未入住时就有贴心的旅行伙伴Lucy提前联系，中途有需要和问题也能得到及时的解决，真靠谱??????房间景观很棒，酒店设施也很好，淡季人不多，泳池健身房乐园等体验感都非常棒。下次还会选择入住这里的！

  特意挑选了千岛湖no.1的酒店，感受到了许许多多的温暖，刚入住就有管家Ella联系，发了各种攻略，为临时出游的我们指明了方向，有什么需要直接跟管家提出，非常方便～酒店的备品很好，都是宝格丽的，早餐很丰富，吃得饱饱的，酒店门口的保安师傅也很好，每次打车都会帮忙提行李开关车门，感受到了好多好多温暖～健身房练肩背臀腿的器械都有，大致上都可以满足～住上好的酒店真的太给旅行质量加分啦～～～
