  环境很好，房间乾净衞生，有欢迎水果和饮料，有唱歌演出，整体服务都很热情，赠送的旅拍拍摄也很好，审美和摄影技术都很在线，下次来千岛湖还会选择voco。

  5.0分超赞的一次千岛湖入住体验！房间直麪千岛湖，推窗就是绝美湖景，落日熔金，湖面泛着层层金光，氛围感直接拉满，真的美到失语！酒店的早餐种类超丰富，中西式都有，食材新鲜味道也在线，一早就能吃得超满足。离店还收到了酒店赠送的小礼物，细节感拉满，特别暖心。 必须重点表扬大堂的蓓蓓，办理入住高效又热情，全程笑容满面，有任何问题都耐心解答，特别贴心；还有客房的Bailey，房间打扫得一尘不染，整理得井井有条，服务细致又周到。全程体验感满分，下次来千岛湖还选这家！

  淡季的voco让人流连忘返，三面环湖景色优美。 落日时分光影洒在水面上，随手一拍都是大片。酒店的小童乐园孩子能畅玩一整天，下午还可以自行车环岛湖畔骑行。 最值得称赞的是全程贴心的服务！ 入住前经理蓓蓓女士，就提前确认到店时间，耐心解答疑问；入住第二天有个小插曲，工作人员都很nice的解决了！从入住到退房，每个环节都被照顾很好 刚回到上海就想念在千岛湖的度假感……下次一定还来！！！

  客户经理蓓蓓提前确认了入住讯息，提供了一间风景非常不错的房间，入住的两天望出去千岛湖水一览无遗。入住后酒店工作人员胡全娟也非常热心的提供了服务。 酒店早餐种类丰富，酒店设施齐全，位置极好，绕着酒店周边转一圈风景也不错，自驾去中心湖区码头也很方便。
