  酒店规模大，位置优越，出行方便，停车便利。大堂经理热情不仅帮忙送行李还送了小礼物。晚上还送了汤羹。早餐品质繁多，非常富有当地的饮食特色。在疫情期间，住宿和旅游首当其冲受到了影响，提高软件服务正当时。金陵酒店服务员素质高的同时他们也注重酒店的声誉。在力所能及的情况下能够全心全意为客人服务非常值得点赞。

  以前还是叫国信的时候住过几天，现在更名为金陵大酒店，环境和服务也更上一层楼了！早餐品种丰富。午餐虽然菜样不是很多，但味道都很不错，价格也适中。尤其值得称赞的是客房服务阿姨们，非常热情周到，主动送上水果拼盘，每天还送来热乎乎银耳羹。几位阿姨分别是：冯茜、汪素玲、张红平、庄苏霞、赵红梅。在此表示感谢！下次来淮还会选择金陵入住！

  1、位置优越交通便利，3条地铁站出门几分钟就走到了。酒店设施齐全，房间干净整洁，住的很舒服。前台人员服务都很好，很主动，热情。早餐不错，品种多，个人觉得性价比蛮高。

  酒店环境和位置很好，周围绿化好，公园多，上高速方便。酒店规模很大，前台服务彬彬有礼，十分温馨。房间设施齐全，干净卫生，住的舒适。酒店早餐丰富，口味很好。

  之前住过这家酒店很不错，这次入住比以前感觉服务提高很多。在前台办理入住时，大堂副理 季锋 先生十分热情问候我，告知我酒店设施和服务。后来季经理还帮我带到房间，送上自己的名片和小礼物，非常有责任心的告诉我入住期间有任何问题可以联系他或者前台，可以看得出酒店对我们还是十分重视的。后来晚上我点了外卖，没想到季经理亲自询问我有外卖后，主动帮外卖送到我房间，十分暖心！服务如此周到的酒店，下次一定还来体验一下👍☺
