Extremely satisfied with my stay! The receptionists, Ms. Su and Ms. Zhang, were warm and patient. The room was spotless, and it's only a few minutes' walk to the Bell Tower – fantastic! The breakfast was plentiful, and the housekeeping staff were very responsible, tidying the room daily. Overall, a great experience.

钟楼旁的神仙酒店！下楼出门就可以看到地铁站入口，回民街步行五分钟。
房间乾净整洁，屋内小度全智能声控，淋浴水压足，床品舒服，自助洗衣房设备新，酒店机器人超可爱，前台小陈和小王服务热情，体验感超棒！

柜台人员很热情很有礼貌帮我解决问题，每回跟他们换钱柜台人员都很愿意私下帮忙??。
房间比预期大，虽然清洁度还有进步空间，但整体住宿体验良好。地点交通极为方便，对面就是夜市跟商场很热闹??柜台人员热情且乐于协助，让人感到安心。

来西安旅游住这家太值了！酒店就在钟楼商圈，出行超便利。房间宽敞明亮，采光好，装修风格简约大气，住着很舒服。每天的早餐品种丰富，味道也赞，服务人员小陈态度亲和，全程体验感拉满，必须五星好评！

目前住过最好的酒店！住了四晚 就在鼓楼旁边 步行不到100m 旁边就是地铁站很方便 最主要房间超级乾净每天都有打扫房间 服务很好 早餐真的很多选择超好吃！真的是住过最好的酒店 性价比高 highly recommended!

酒店在钟楼站E或J出口的6号口，一出6号口走过去只需2分钟，非常近，酒店对面就是开元商城，拍钟楼夜景走到对面就可以了。走去回民街也只是10来分钟路程。酒店旁就有食店，特产店，不怕找不到东西吃。
酒店大堂不算大，但很光亮，而且还有一家旅行社可即时报当地团。
只是入住当晚的小姐姐好像有点不高兴，态度一般般，有点黑脸。
房间很大，如一般酒店那样也是有智能的设施，马桶也是智能的，去完厕所会自动冲厕，非常方便。
床非常大，睡3个人都没问题。
出发前看过酒店住客的评论，都说房间很热，睡不了，真的有点担心，曾想过要换酒店，还好没换，因为住了7个晚上都很舒服，不会很热也不会很冷，温度刚刚好，不知是否酒店因为之前的住客评论而做了改善，但这家酒店非常干净，光亮，舒服，值得入住。
早餐也很不错，有云吞面条水果等。

地理位置优越，公共交通和骑行出行非常方便。房间内装修是很舒服的感觉，睡得很好。早饭也还不错，自己原因吃饭时间比较短，辜负了阿姨烧出来的美味臊子麪，下次一定吃完！

Great location with very reasonable price. Big and comfortable room for 3 people. The train station is right in front of the hotel. The staff especially Susan and the other lady is very helpful.
