酒店房间硬件设施配备齐全。房间挺乾净的。也很安静隔音好。衞生间也很乾净。楼下可以洗衣服。洗衣服很方便。早餐种类丰富。前台文歌服务态度棒棒！

非常好的体验，服务人员都非常nice。西安北高铁站到酒店就只需地铁乘一站，出站马路对面就到。地铁出游非常方便。早餐挺丰富的，晚上还有粥喝，不错不错。

在西安中转，离高铁站很近，方便第二天赶车，对面就是地铁站，前台服务不错，还送了早餐，被子不够乾净，衞生感觉一般，性价比不高

入住体验感很不错呢，房间设施都比较齐全，安静，床品乾净舒适，房间整体衞生也不错，双层玻璃隔音效果挺好，房间设施合理，早餐丰富，早餐种类多，门口就有地铁非常方便出行，出差游玩首选～

第一次住在酒店第一晚能睡着。床垫和枕头太舒服了。这一点必须得给好评！房间很安静！酒店的早餐时间太人性化了。7：00到10：30，我们9点多起床去吃饭，餐品很丰富。食材新鲜，做的很好吃。不会像很多酒店9:30闭餐，8：40去就已经没有什麽吃的了。这一点值得表扬！前台小姐姐长得漂亮又亲切。服务非常好！给点赞！！！

Great location, opposite Metro station and 1 stop away from the railway station. There are also eateries and convenient stores nearby. There is also a rest area and supper available at the lobby. The room and bathrooms are clean and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff who provide ready assistance when needed. Thank you:)
