环境：在长乐门城墙附近，长乐门地铁站点就在门口，出行非常方便服务：服务是非常可圈可点的部分，出行前一天电话告知来西安下雪了，提醒多带点御寒的衣物；入住免费升级的房间，还主动询问房间舒适度，并送上果盘。宾至如归，必须好评！设施：房间很宽敞，很舒适。特别推荐西交大的臭豆腐，外卖可点，酸甜口，特别好吃！

已经是第二次住这个酒店了，首先酒店位置很方便地铁6号线A出口走3分钟就到了，西安的交通尝试过很堵，有地铁肯定很方便而且节约时间。再説説房间很大这次和父母来的，这个房间有2个衞生间哦！最后説説服务，整体服务很好的，就是前台工作有点点小失误订的3份早餐到了第二天去餐厅只有2份早餐，然后翻订单给餐厅看最后再更新。还有就是最后一天还没有到退房时间就出去吃个早餐房间的房卡失效，只能再到一楼前台去重置房卡。不过总体还行的！！

周末带父母来西安短途游，酒店让父母住的很开心！周边老字号美食是父母爱吃的家常味，出门就是地铁口，去景区坐两站地铁，不用挤公交，省力又安全。服务超好，前台帮父母安排了低楼层房间，还主动介绍了景点游玩攻略，有次父母想买本地特产，工作人员还帮忙指路，父母都説住得好，周末游很愉快，下次还带父母来！

酒店非常不错，感觉很赞，入住的时候提了一嘴説希望可以安排朝阳面的房间，酒店的服务人员不仅满足我的要求还主动给房间升级了，房间乾净又衞生，早上去吃早餐的时候人很多，想吃的沙拉菜快没了，给服务人员説了一下立刻就补上了，住过很多酒店，五星级不可能做的比这个更好了

两千多订了三个晚上的酒店 2100多干啥不行完全被坑评论区説早餐很不错结果早晨种类很少区域不大主要是态度很不舒服第一天我们也不懂是不是这个四楼餐厅看到7点了餐厅还没开门就轻轻敲了2下门後面开门那位男性很凶的説弄好就回来了你不要敲！我们一句话没回怼只觉得他很莫名其妙我们又不认路又看准时没开门才敲两下何必那麽凶煮麪区域给的牛肉麪的肉是指甲盖大小1片~2片不等我们连吃了三天全是如此酒店房间我们2个人订了双卧室只有一个很小很小的垃圾桶为此我们只能自己买垃圾袋放在另一个卧室用两个卧室都临街隔音很差我自己带了德国的耳塞都止不住噪音总之这次住宿体验非常非常非常非常非常非常非常非常差！！！！！西安来了两次了因为这家酒店再也不想来西安了太无语了
