The hotel is located in a strategic location and has convenient transportation. The staff Cici is warm and thoughtful, helping a lot, and the hygiene is also very clean. Highly recommended.

Just back from a 3 night stay in the Eastern House. The hotel is fabulous so clean and comfortable. On checkout a lovely girl named Doris gave me a beautiful gift of the hotel toiletries and heat pads for neck or back cause it was cold out. So sweet. I will definitely stay there again the next time I am in Xi'an.

酒店的位置太好了，去哪里都方便。地铁2号线可以从西安北站直接到酒店，去兵马俑也很方便。走路5分钟到鼓楼商业区，几家必吃榜餐厅都在这里。
我们住的是三床家庭房，房屋的面积很大，足够一家人带小孩使用，衞生间的设计很好，洗漱的声音不会太影响到其他人的睡眠。床垫和枕头的软硬度适中，睡觉很舒服。
酒店提供早餐，下午茶，还有晚上的甜汤。甜汤味道非常好，不是很甜，我们住的三天每天都不一样。瓶装水提供的很充足，电梯间还有冷冻的瓶装水免费饮用。早餐的品种也比较丰富，但是西餐和麪包还有提高的空间。

酒店位置特别优越，设施很齐全，洗衣房，健身房都有。管家Star特别热情！只住一天给我们赠送了早餐～赶不上的下午茶也帮我们提前打包，非常细致的服务！电梯口还有免费的瓶装水随便提供，非常人性化的酒店！风格也特喜欢，复古暗色调的精品酒店，下次来西安还会选择这家酒店滴，已经推荐给朋友啦，来西安就住他们家哦！

第一次入住这家酒店，很小众的设计环境，进入房间，布局被深深地吸引到了！乾湿分离的衞生间，和一个超大的全身镜，女生超爱！管家Star非常贴心的服务，有求必应有问必答～提前告知我们酒店讯息位置等等，很方便的网上沟通。酒店提供瓶装水，下午茶，很多都是自助免费！特别棒呢！安利给朋友啦

不敢相信这个价格能在西安订到有免费接机的酒店 沟通很顺畅 接机大哥态度贼好 酒店就中规中矩 性价比比较高 位置很好 就在回民街附近 走过去很方便 走到钟楼也只需要5分钟 附近还有个酒吧街 晚上也可以去逛逛

酒店位置非常不错，在各个景点的中心位置，走路就能到四面八方的小众打卡点。酒店管家Star很热情，退房给我们送了小礼物，很是暖心！酒店每天都有晚安，甜汤自助下午茶等等，每层楼还有瓶装水无限提供，非常方便。6楼的洗衣房也很好使用，不需要自带洗衣液！房间布局也特别赞！很大的全身镜，出去可以美美打扮～推荐给朋友啦！

环境乾净，衞生间和下水道没有味道，房间里配有加湿器，灯光照明刚刚好，无烟房间空气很清新，晚上回到酒店发现两片管家送的面膜，太贴心了。真心推荐入住??

The hotel is very comfortable and the room spacious. I really like the tea set in the room where I can enjoy the time to favour of different Chinese teas. Also a bonus from the hotel is the smart laundry where I can put my clothes to wash without worrying about detergent and drying as they have smart washing machines and dryers that take care of everything and info you when it finishes. I panic after I lost my room card after breakfast and Doris from reception kindly helped me resolve my issue very quickly so I can plan my day. Excellent location and plenty of eateries near the hotel.
