It was pleasant stay. Checkin process was smooth, with warm welcome drink and a bag of snacks for us. Cici at the front desk and her team are attentive and friendly. As we are traveling for 3weeks, laundry room is our favorite facility in the hotel. We will return for next stay after hiking in Huashan!

Very beautiful hotel! Stayed in a family room of 4, in the family size room contain 2 x toilet , 2 x living room and 2x bed rooms. Such a luxurious stay without taking your arm & leg. The hotel is very clean and smoke free room really without any cigarette smell! We definitely will stay in this hotel again if I am coming back to Xi’an.

Hotel location is very good, but while I was staying they were fixing the street. The hotel provides free drinking water, which is very good. Breakfast quite a few options. The room I was staying could here sound from the street quite loud.

We enjoyed their good night soup and it is different every night. The services are so great and had been great helpful in arranging the booking from tickets to transport and also restaurant recommendations

Loved our short stay here, and would definitely stay again! The location was great, within walking distance to the city wall, Muslim quarter and other good sites. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was a good size, and had everything you could need (including a good hairdryer!!).

Eastern House is at a convenient location, easy to get around for sightseeing and food. Staff was responsive when I needed a room away from the afternoon sun and got it changed immediately. The front desk staff, Star, is attentive and friendly too.

酒店地理位置优越，离钟楼鼓楼很近，周围网红店吃饭打卡便捷。
酒店有到店小礼品，每天有下午茶和晚安甜汤。退房时还赠送了蒸汽颈椎贴。另外帮忙预订了兵马俑的一日游。还贴心的准备了美食地图和景点地图。
