酒店距离地铁口步行10来分钟就到了，8号线，2号线都在一，想去钟楼乘坐地铁四站路就到，前台小金服务也很周到，不错。

这次入住的这个酒店的环境还挺不错的，刷脸开门没有房卡，前台小月服务好，房间宽敞明亮，位置很好，酒店的服务员都很有礼貌，挺好的。
隔音效果需要提高。

携程上面看见他们酒店，过来入住以后整体房间还是可以的，房间面积也挺大，窗户是那种落地的大窗户，前台小金珊珊服务也很不错，棒棒哒

这次选的这家酒店住的挺好的，附近就有地铁2号线和8号线，出去玩儿也挺方便，房间整体面积挺大，落地窗采光很好。前台工作人员珊珊和小月服务也很热情下次还会继续入住！

Only thing that is good about this hotel is receptionist.
Room is not clean well, hallway floor is dirty and AI system is hard to function but receptionist are helpful.

原本钟楼旁边订了房间，但是孩子觉得太小，于是退了换了这家。小朋友很喜欢房间非常大，非常适合亲子出游。。俩孩子玩的很HIGH。服务很好。给小朋友送了好多吃的 ，生病了，过年期间买不到粥。还让厨房给熬了粥 非常感谢。

酒店位置还是特别的不错，像我们去钟楼城墙呀，都是很方便的，周边很繁华，吃喝选择挺丰富，服务人员小金，小静小岳，服务意识挺好，打招呼，询问需求。酒店房间的设施设备也特别的不错，都是全智能的 不管説地理位置还是房间的环境设施都是非常的不错，客房阿姨服务也很好，早餐丰富，衞生乾净，性价比高，下次还会。推荐入住～

2024年新装修的酒店，房间很乾净，设施齐全很新，50平米的房间很大，早餐也挺好的，品质很好，乾净衞生，还有下午茶跟夜奶，退房还有伴手礼，前台娜娜服务态度非常好，是我住过性价比最高的酒店

来西安住的一家智能酒店房间环境更新，纯洁洗漱团也很乾净，智能的马桶可以近视的冲水有很多的模式，房间设施设备智能与控管下有好多的模式入住起来特别方便，直接躺在床上呼唤就可以了，前台小金小静棒棒哒地铁二号线也可以直接到达回民街中服务超级的棒
