Location was great, right next to the metro and close enough to main attractions. There is also a very nice spa on the second floor. But when we arrived the lady at the front desk was cold and not very welcoming. She seemed annoyed that she had to process a passport. Also the breakfast was a bit lacking and there was nothing aside from milk to drink.

Very clean hotel and super convenient location with subway station, convenience store, fruit stand and quick restaurants only steps away. If you forget your charger, you get 5 minutes use for free, then pay for more use. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Xi’An!
