升级了套房，房间很大，视野开阔。离地铁口只有20米，交通方便。客房阿姨很热情，大堂还准备了好吃的小米粥和酱菜，给晚归的客人垫个饥。机器人送餐挺快的，点个赞????一位阿姨管两个楼面太辛苦了，希望能增配客房人员。

交通便利，出门就是地铁口。贴心的冯经理为我们免费升了房间，还有暖心的水果零食赠送。洗衣机烘乾的衣服还帮忙送到房间，叠整齐。这服务太赞了，下次来西安还要来住。

地理位置好 出门就是地铁 5号线和8号线 基本主要的景点换乘一次都能到。就是门口在施工,路况比较差。而且西安的路比较窄，比较考验驾驶技术。

全家都喜欢西安美食，连续两年暑假来西安玩。去年住的钟楼附近酒店，房间小，不好停车不説，西安的交通出门就堵车，不太适合开车。还是地铁出行方便快捷。所以今年就直接选择了虽然离内城远一些，但是离金光门地铁B口就100米的西安高新假日酒店（金光门店）。入住之前酒店前台王田田就提前联系我，询问到达时间，并发送了详细的酒店地址（附近有两家智选假日酒店避免走错），还详细的询问了住宿需求，提前为我们预留并升级了舒适的家庭套房，服务贴心??。入住房间乾净整洁，床垫软硬适中，房间床品及毛巾浴巾很新，衞生程度能够达到处女座洁癖级别的要求[偷笑]每天经过前台都能看到王田田温暖亲切的笑脸?? 退房当天开车离开，不知什麽原因出口道闸无法自动抬起，王田田淋雨出来手动为我们抬杆，着实把身在异乡的我感动坏了[皱眉] 身为IHG白金会员，入住过各种级别的洲际集团旗下的酒店，这家给我的感觉服务最贴心??
