裤子在该酒店洗的，被其他客人拿走了，至今没下文，去吃早饭，不找要券，长者吃过走了，券没给，直接从卡上扣钱，券还在口袋，问原因直接不清楚，不知道回覆，房间的床单上还有黑灰，体验感是真差

第一次来西安玩、西安这几天一直下雨不过酒店离旅游景点挺近的而且前台April非常热情：办入住时送了蒸汽眼罩和麪膜、帮我们介绍各个地方的旅游景点、退房时还送了西安手办，真的非常开心的一次游玩体验????
