The size of the room was amazing! It was a huge room with a separate private room for someone to sleep in. The shower was enormous and very clean, no mold or rust. The toilet was separated from the shower. The room itself was like a suite — I’ll definitely come again when in Xi’An.

A great price. Staff were brilliant. On arrival, one staff member got me a taxi to the Shuiliu Temple; another on departure provided a hotel shuttle to the railway station. All other staff members met were pleasant
This is especially valuable to someone touring alone and unable to speak the country's language. The room was clean, and the breakfast area was pleasant. Certainly value for money.

Location is good, near the railway station, good for late check in. The room is small but comfortable. But bathroom looks very old and dirty. And hair dryer is weak.

房间设施较新，设备维护较好，隔音比较好，室内很安静，早餐味道可以，唯一的问题是空调运行时声音比较大，有呼啸声。
退房时意外遗失衣物和遮阳帽，酒店工作人员王桂兵发现后，主动联系我，并安排寄回，十分感谢。

房间干净，服务态度不是微笑服务，也不是特别冷脸。说说餐厅吧，早上吃早饭，无意中发现地上一个东西跑，突然它停下来一动不动，仔细一看，原来是一只老鼠哦，瞬间觉得吃的的东西要吐了。希望酒家以后杜绝这种事情哦。

没有在他们家预订过，因为朋友要去西安，就在高铁站附近定了一家，他们还有高铁站免费接送很不错。晚上到酒店了前台办入住的工作人员很热情，司机帮我搬行李，服务很不错。前台也给我升级了房型，很感谢。谘询了前台才知道他们家隔壁就是超市，我们去了旁边汉堡店也很好吃。必须给他们家五星好评，祝老板生意兴隆财源广进，下次一定再住他们家，希望和这次一样。

在西安这个时候还是这么优惠的价格，算是很好的了，酒店就是暗色系，很适合上午出差。酒店旁边有个永辉超市，服务员给我说后面有个后门，哈哈哈 我们走了一个近道，前台小姑娘们很热情，很详细给我介绍这边的特色什么的，很喜欢这种氛围。房间含餐也比较满意，口味还行吧，适合早上的胃，酒店还有两个自助洗衣机，很方便。以后有机会再去西安就选择他们家啦。

我是第一次入住他们酒店，起初只是因为离高铁站很近，所以我预订了他们的房间，诧异的是他们的接送服务让我很满意，接站点我找了一会没太理解，就联系了给我发消息的司机小哥哥，他十分耐心给我指导怎么走，非常感谢，来到酒店我觉得很安静，风格也比较独特，前台员工说房间给我做了升级我非常开心，感谢。听前台介绍酒店隔壁四楼是个小吃城，但是我去的时候已经没有什么了，万幸的是我在隔壁魏家凉皮吃了一顿，很美味，也很方便。房间干净整洁，卫生良好，主要员工服务非常热情，我很满意这次入住。
