laudable effort to go smokefree.......need posters everwhere....frontdesk,lobby,lift,cafe,corridor everywhere.....not just a small coaster the threathens penalty which they dont enforce.good location, walkable to belltower area. 5 mins walk to beidajie station on line2 to go anywhwre farther.

服务很好 位置也很方便 走5分钟就到地铁站了 机器人送外卖服务也非常的方便 前台人还送了我们肥皂纪念品。最重要的是 桌子很大 椅子也可以坐3个人 大家可以一起吃东西??

Very convenient stay for our family , we enjoyed the stays for 5 nights, no regret at all.The rooms are clean , big and comfy.The whole hotel lobby and lifts are filled with orange flavour .
washing machines and dryers are provided , added to the value of staying.
Good breakfast . Will come back again to stay if we wanna visit Xian again.
We joined the local tours from the tour agent’s attached in the hotel. Everything is fine.

谁能想到11月开暖气的日子我们还要去前台借个风扇，千万别定大床房，订的时候没注意看，没有窗户只有个封闭的天窗，又闷又热晚上根本睡不着，我去前台投诉的时候至少碰到五起客人在发脾气，都是同一个房型，第一次携程差评送给桔子

位置出行很方便，服务不错，有求必应，洗衣房有四台洗衣机、烘干机，也不怎么排队，就是房间下水道返味，老房子可能也不好解决，建议不要过于节约，过道灯，电梯间灯开亮一点，房间离电梯远了，白天过路都有点黑

避雷！别踩坑！今年新开的酒店，网上拍的图片不错，房间跟图片基本一致，也不错。地理位置很不错，就在鼓楼附近，走路就能到景点。但是卫生和服务真的需要再加强，感受很不好！首先一进门，行李架上有不明毛发，非常明显，洗手台盆有两处黑点，对于洁癖星人很不友好。其次噪音问题，早上8点多就有电钻声，低频跟钻到脑子里一样，跟前台沟通，说工作日工作时间有装修，你们也无法控制，难道连想办法都做不到吗，回答连敷衍我一下都没有，就说办不到。回答太刚了！出来住卫生和安静休息，是最基本的吧，哎呀呀
