服务水平有提升的空间，17点到店被告知房间还没整理出来，我可是预订的14点到店啊，还很好心的告诉能先寄存行理，可我是来住店休息的啊。卫生一般吧，床上，洗手台上都有头发，位置不错，对面的肉夹馍店还是24小时的

酒店干净卫生，服务非常周到。一楼有水吧台，免费自助饮水。十二楼有健身房和洗衣房，支持烘干，还有挂烫机，非常方便。外卖有机器人负责送上楼，比较便捷安全，非常棒。吹风机非常好用，必须夸一下，轻巧，风速大，恒温，很快就吹干了！！！前台接待非常热情，临走有送橘子味软糖伴手礼，挺有意思的。

Location can be improved as many taxis cannot find this hotel in app. Probably since they newly opened. They share a building with another hotel. Good restaurants beside the hotel. Walk to mtr is also around 10-15mins. You cannot smell cigarette smoke which is perfect. Ameneties are great with free flowing fresh coffee and water in the front desk. Will definitely stay with the Orange Group again!

地理位置不错 房间也很大 也挺干净的 不过浴室地板上有遗留的头发没打扫干净 入住时候办理的小姐姐一般 退房时候的小哥哥们很热情 尤其是小晔的服务 让人挺满意的 不过到入住这天房价跌了近一百 大无语 所以提前2天就扣钱不让退了是吗？

说实话体验感没有很好，第一是因为入住的时候前台的服务态度不太好，说话很强硬，可能确实心情不好吧，建议培训一下前台的说话语气，第二是因为白天一直有特别大的装修噪音，听的特别清楚，孩子午觉都没得睡，一直持续到天黑装修工人才下班，前台说好像楼上有装修，最近要入住的可以再考虑考虑其他的酒店。
除了这两项其他倒还好。
