    第一次入住这家酒店，选择的三人间。虽然空间不是很大，但是很温馨，是我所期望的。酒店自己拥有非常有品味的淮扬菜，很适合上了年纪的人的胃口。最需要一提的是，餐厅里的服务员个个表现的主动积极，有眼力见儿，处处为客人着想。这种主人翁意识真的是久违了，值得特别称赞！

    来西安出差特意选了这家酒店，真的选对了！出行太方便了，完全不用纠结交通。最惊喜的是服务，办理入住时前台主动给了西安游玩攻略。

    酒店在玉祥门外距离地铁站很近，4楼是新装修的设施很新，酒店前台服务热情周到，房间里衞生很好，也很安静，下次会再来

    Location is convenient by metro line 1. Lots of restaurants and food nearby. The room size was larger than expected with a nice layout. The bathroom however was a bit tight. If youre an average sized Westerner its ok but some people could find it too cramped. The bathroom door was unique and took a bit to figure out. We did have an issue with the shower water leaking outside the shower which we couldnt figure out the cause to. Bottled water and a water boiler are provided so no worries about getting drinking water. Staff were helpful and fast in getting us requested supplies (e.g. Extra towel, bar of soap, etc.). There was no hand soap in the bathroom but we were able to request some soap to use. They also provided some kids supplies (kids slippers, Toothbrush, Toothpaste and toys). Staff were kind. They spoke Mandarin and it is not clear if any of them spoke English (seemed unlikely) but our family does speak adequate Mandarin that it wasn't a problem for us. Sometimes there was noise as there were various groups staying during our stay (including school groups) or events going on in the distance outside that you could hear but that's just your luck in any hotel.

    房间很乾净，没有任何异味，床品也很乾净，设施齐全，服务也特别好，来住过很多次，出行也很方便！
