每次来西安都会住在这家酒店，环境乾净整洁没的説，这次前台的姓张小姐姐人也特别好，看我们带孩子还给升级了带窗户的房间，真是很感谢，过半个月还会去，希望还会有这么好的待遇。

酒店环境非常好，前台服务特别热情，也非常贴心，会主动询问有没有入住需求，客房阿姨也非常???贴心会给我们洗衣服，帮忙送回 这边有很多景点，前台大厅也有热水，24小时供应房间内还有熨烫机，非常贴心，出门再也不怕衣服皱了，还有洗衣房健身房都非常的齐全

The hotel is located in beside yongningmen gate of xi'an city wall which is quite a wonderful spot to look around and explore. The city inside of the wall is very big and has everything you need. The hotel was nice with clean roons, wonderful and helpful staff. They have a lit of free ameneties such as hanfu clothing and frees gifts. The breakfast there was good and cheap. View from outside of the hotel is wonderful with the traditional building right in front. Theres an MRT station to the right and is not that far.

Echarm hotel provide good service, convinience location to city wall, bell tower, drum tower and muslim quarters. Beside the hotel, there are many good and cheap eateries. The receptionists and aunty cleaner is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel when you visit xian.

挖到宝了这家酒店！大堂环境舒服，工作人员态度都很好，路过都会主动打招呼。房间里的热水来得快，衞浴用品质量在线，毛巾厚实不掉毛。早餐种类不算多但样样精致，还有本地特色的麪食，味道绝了，性价比直接拉满！
