I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to everything I needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spotless, and the bed was so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep every night. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

位置非常好，近地铁站，酒店对出大街让人感觉舒服。
服务好好，每位职员都十分友善、主动帮忙??，好好。
房间相当阔落整洁舒适，设备也好好。
最赞有两点，一是床褥超级超级舒适！！！认真，没得弹的舒适??????。
二是有自助洗衣房，可以好好洗衣服，不怕没衣服穿??。
总结，非常满意这次的入住！满分??。

房间很干净，每天有人打扫。床品都很好，有鹅绒跟记忆棉的枕头，床软硬适中。叫的外卖机器人直接送上楼
。
门口就是地铁站和公交车站，非常方便。 酒店左右很多小店，涵盖衣食住行。
每天有免费的茶咖可以饮用，还有各个景点的出行小tips.
门口就是安定门,买票可以直接上城楼,

酒店位置很好，从6号线桥梓口地铁站到酒店不行5分钟内就可以到达，距离洒金桥，庙后街，西羊市街这些美食街都可以步行到达。酒店附近吃的饭店也不少。订的有对外窗户的房间，房间面积蛮大的，洗澡热水大，卫生打扫细节方面还待提高。预订时附带的夜宵（其实所有住店客人都有） 汉服体验（不带定粧），兵马俑讲解和大唐不夜城citywork，这些都是很鸡肋的，不如赠送早饭，或者在房价上给予真正的优惠。前台除了姓杨的女生缺少些亲和力，其他几个都很好。退房时还有手办纪念品。

离地铁站2分钟，交通很方便，酒店前面便是巴士站。附近很多食肆，而且价廉而味道好。酒店前台服务效率高而且热情招待。房间服务员每天都把房间收拾好和清洁，游玩后身心的劳累，回到房间有在家的感觉，顿时恢复干劲再策划明天的旅程。最难得是酒店大堂每天都提供即磨热?啡和时令养生茶（免费），晚上8时左右还可预约提供一些小米粥类小点（免费）。酒店还提供了洗衣和干衣机（免费）服务，沾满汗水和麈灰的衣物明天又可穿着，真方便我等携带小行李的旅客。整体来说，这所酒店的住宿都超越了我等的期望，往后再到西安旅游，还会选择再入住。有一丁点儿失望便是我们订的是「享窗外明城墙景」的双床房间，但房间面向大街而只能斜望远处在晚上看到一丝丝的城墙灯影，虽然如此，从酒店步行5分钟便到安定斗城楼，最欣赏护城河畔的黄昏及夜色，美得令人心醉。最后一提，还有大堂提供旅游资讯和服务的大姐，她很有耐心的介绍西安的旅游景点和表演，最后我们都选择了自由独自探索的慢活式旅游，虽然如此，每晚回到酒店大堂，大姐总微笑问「今天的旅程好玩吗」，这句话很令人窝心。

地理位置方便，地铁6号线桥梓站步行3分钟即到。酒店楼下有很多食肆，选择丰富。亦有超市，方便购买用品。酒店有自助洗衣房，餐厅有自助早餐提供。房间面积尚算宽敞，有雪柜。厕所干湿分离。有充足挂衣的地方。唯美中不足是，本人看见官网介绍房间时，注明是城景，但到达后才发现，房间只有装饰窗，打开窗帘，斜角是对面房间。恰巧西安天气转冻，房内只有暖气提供，因窗又不能打开，没清新空气，房间非常非常闷热。酒店应该注明是无窗房，不要写城景，给客户错觉。

房间非常干净，酒店环境简约明亮，设施还不错，床上用品很好舒服，吹风机挂烫机都不错，酒店服务人员热情，服务到位，中间手机线出现问题，戴眼镜的小伙子帮忙出谋划策，从**迅速解决，早餐也很不错，品种多，餐厅大姐服务好，这次住了三天，改天从延安回来再来！出门旅行一路开心??

第一次入住该酒店，出行吃饭都很方便，距离回民街洒金桥走路步行就可以到，酒店干净整洁，特别感谢梦雷弟弟的热情周道服务，还送了小礼物??比心????下次还来入住

I booked two rooms at this hotel and all four of us were very satisfied. The hotel was only built last year, so the equipment inside is very new. The mattresses, hair dryers and shampoos are of very good quality. The front desk staff also greeted us enthusiastically and helped us solve our problems. There are many places to eat around the hotel, and the most important thing is that there is a subway station at the door, which provides great convenience for our trip to Xi'an. I strongly recommend that everyone consider this hotel when traveling to Xi'an.

Overall, a very good hotel. The hotel is very clean and has clearly been recently refurbished. The hotel had all of the facilities one would expect for a hotel of this star-rating, including a small laundry room and some gym equipment for use of guests (although I didn't try using the latter). The staff were very helpful and even permitted us to stay in our room for an extra 2 hours at the end of our stay. The location is very convenient, being within the old city walls, only a short (less than 5min) walk from the nearest Metro station and only around 20min walk from the famous Bell and Drum and Tower.
