Had the most relaxing stay. ? Staff services are excellent from front service to laundry to kitchen. ?Special mention is their 小陈 front office manager. ?Had a minor episode with travel agent but 小陈 decision to checked us in anyway to resolve issue thereafter was I call customer excellence. ? He continues to get in touch to ensure our stay is comfortable is commendable. ? My love for Atour goes daily. ?Good Job!!!

前台很热情，刚来西安很冷，办理入住就给我们倒了热茶，很暖心
房型也给我们做了升级，房间宽敞，窗户视野也很好，保洁服务也很到位

亚朵的品质一如既往地让人放心。大堂的“竹居”图书馆很有格调，房间宽敞明亮，智能马桶、高品质洗护用品一应俱全。最爱的还是他们家的早餐，种类丰富，味道正宗，现煮的麪条特别香，吃完元气满满！
服务更是没得挑，工作人员热情又专业，见面都会主动问好，还贴心地准备了银耳汤和茶歇。这个地段能住到这么舒服的酒店，性价比真的很高，下次来西安还会考虑住这里！??
