为了看长恨歌住在这里，楼下就是地铁站，出去方便，停车也很方便。早餐还有馄饨米线，菜品也丰富。酒店房间很大，有一飘窗，服务热情周到，很不错。

空调不制冷，开了四五个小时温度都没降下来，房间很闷热，小孩热的一头汗，打电话跟前台说，他来一看也觉得热，十点多叫了一个师傅来看，说是滤网堵了，修了一下，结果晚上还是闷热的

差，不知道酒店的卫生标准是什么样的，地巾都是黄的，一半白一片黄，这是提供给客人的标准吗？由于入住的是钟点房，急于休息就没想说什么，但是这样两个色的毛巾还是第一次遇到而且是这么明显，服务员都不看吗？也许这就是康铂酒店的标准，
前台服务很一般，办理入住人多的时候基本没服务，第一到前台说开钟点房，前台直接告知没有房间，给我住了后面的人就办不了入住了连一句抱歉都没有，直接都没问我有没有预订是不是已经下单了，后面我出去联系了携程平台客服帮忙核实了告知又可以住，我打电话给前台前台说只要下过单就能住，刚才我没说我下过单，我真的想说去办入住难道不问一下有没有预订吗，难道酒店的电脑上看不到有没有钟点房订单吗？可能是钟点房价格低，不配有好的服务，就感觉一说出钟点房就不耐烦，理都不想理你一样，
总之，一直觉得锦江大品牌的连锁酒店服务应该挺好，包括之前经常住的维也纳，IU都挺好，但是这次彻底失望，还不如几十块的小酒店
同样是连锁酒店还不如汉庭，全季，这些一半服务好
下次不会去了，踩雷吧

地理位置是这个酒店的优势，门口就是地铁站，出门右转即可步行到华清宫，房间内有智能马桶、小冰箱，酒店还配有洗衣房。酒店二层有个对外餐厅也比较方便（虽然价格有点贵）。但前台服务不给力（主要是下午班的戴口罩的小胖子男孩），对客户提出的餐饮特殊需求问题不积极应对，推卸责任。

the location is excellent as very close to metro station. Wise to travel from xi an shi to lintong by metro. It's very convenient. The room is big and clean.

I stayed here for two nights and can’t say enough good things about it. The room is big and clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. I believe the amenities are nicer than many hotels in the same price range. The breakfast has many vegetable options which I like (but not vegetarian, as they are cooked in animal fats or broth). The location is unbeatable if you come to watch the late night show of Song of Eternal Regret (长恨歌）like me， - it is only a stroll to and from the theater which is located in the famous Huaqing Palace, I recommend this hotel without reservation.

comfortable bed. Very near metro. Just that I am not able to get hot shower even turn the tap to hot. Room clean. Lobby space big.
