酒店环境非常不错，干净卫生，入住前酒店安排好房间给我，房间非常大，很宽敞，距离地铁站很近，出行比较方便，房间有免费的瓶装水无限供应，五楼还有健身房可以使用，酒店工作人员服务态度是特别好的，基本是有求必应，以后来西安依然会继续首选 服务：很好

During my stay at Mr. Wu's hotel the service was really good and the rooms were clean and very comfortable, has an elegant decor. I was impressed by the efficient check-in process of the hotel. They allowed me to check in early, at about 10 am. And also greeted with warm tea, even offered welcoming fruits. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
(I already checked out but wanted to travel around the city a little bit and they even let me leave my luggage at the hotel for 4 days without getting any money from me which was super sweet ??)

The best hotel , the service here is like in 5star hotels really:) staff is very nice and care about guests. Will stay here next time.
The neighborhood is also good, plenty of restaurants nearby.

Wonderful hotel!
The staff is amazing and so supportive.
Breakfast was very delicious. The hotel is very modern and super clean.
I would definitely stay here again. Super recommended.
About 15 min drive to the city wall.
They also have intelligent toilet systems ??

What an amazing stay!!! The room was very amazing, breakfast was also very good. The front desk personnel is very nice and helpful. They have upgraded our room for free and offered us some fruits in the room. Our room had air conditioning and the mattress was quite comfortable. At check-out we were gifted a goodbye souvenir which was a very sweet gesture!
Altogether we really enjoyed our stay here. The neighbourhood is also very nice and modern with many restaurants around. The only minor downside is that the metro is slightly far by foot, especially if you walk 15-20km per day. For this we highly highly recommend DiDi (taxi app). It’s very affordable (only 16 rmb = 2 euros to the South Gate).

This is probably the perfect hotel for someone in transition to the city. There’s actually some families that come here also. The room size was just right for me. One suggestion is to add an extra luggage table or chair-side table.
I was splitting the week with two different hotels and decided to stay at Mr. Wu’s the whole week because the reviews turned out to be better. The location is in the hi-tech area, and walking around to multiple venues or shops is quite easy. My Cityview had some city sounds to go with it, but I actually enjoyed that.
The staff did really well with helping translate a lot because my Mandarin and is not strong. It’s easy to get to a bus or nearby subway and even grab a rideshare. I only had the breakfast a couple of times, but they had a really good selection. The teatime and the welcoming fruit were a nice touch along with the gift upon check-out.
I was already traveling overseas and needed to wait a full week to get into my apartment. Everything including the laundry, gym, lobby waiting area, and housekeeping service was good.
I did not use the foot spa access on the second floor, but I plan to go back to the area since I’m transitioning into the city. Very clean and cute decorations. For the location and the price, this is definitely a must-stay.
It’s important to note that larger groups might need more space. My room was perfect for one to two people. There was even an event room some ladies were celebrating in. Each floor lobby is a bit different. Just right.

Amazing hotel, very good value for money.
The room was spacious and the bed very comfy.
The staff doesn't speak English but they are very nice and helpful.
The breakfast is delicious with a lot of variety, coffee is available all day.
The location is very convenient, less than 10min walking from a two metro line station and the neighborhood is very nice with a lot of food options.
I definitely recommend staying here when traveling to Xi'an!

Where to start with Mr. Wu? Staff, awesome. Room, awesome. Location, awesome. Catching the drift? Mr. Wu has everything you need and then some. An extra shout out to the awesome and incredibly helpful front desk.
