酒店很不错，离钟楼很近很近，离地铁口更近，去哪儿都特别方便！大厅敞亮干净，前台亲切有礼且服务贴心，又是指引又是帮按电梯，感受到了家一般的温暖。房间打扫得也很干净，床垫和枕头睡上去太舒服啦！一楼大厅还有那个选枕服务，免费给试用那个乳胶枕不错不错，走的时候还免费灌了杯酸梅汤喝，总体来说各方面都特别满意！！

我必须要为这里的服务竖起大拇指。工作人员始终以客为尊，进门前台会主动打招呼，询问旅游路线耐心解答，客房服务人员的细致入微。房间的电视打开不会调频道，也会主动过来调整他们还会主动询问我的需求，提供个性化的服务建议，这种用心和热情真的让我特别感动。在这个酒店，你能真正体会到什么是宾至如归。

办理入住挺快的 床挺舒服 由于工作原因睡眠质量不是很好 前台小姐姐推荐了他们酒店的乳胶枕 ? 躺下直接放空身心 ?挺舒服的 确实不错 ?缓解了不少身体压力 ?总的来说蛮不错的 值得推荐

超棒的入住体验，就在街面，交通极其方便，旁边就是骡马市步行街，晚上随时饿了随时-超多选择！
酒店硬件方面，设备齐全，干净整洁，空间两人住也很合适；软件方面，酒店所有工作人员态度都礼貌耐心。
总之，下次来西安还住在这！

出差过来订的房，看了评价来的，果然不错 环境好位置好，旁边有地铁口走两分钟就到了，晚上去回民街玩 看钟楼啥的也很方便 散着步一会会就到了，服务也好，前台帮忙给提行李按电梯 特别满意 路上还给指引餐厅和洗衣房 有事随时打电话 响应快速送东西及时 来来回回都会给打招呼问好 房间里面打扫的也很干净 住着很舒服 枕头床垫也很满意 楼下那个乳胶枕还能选枕试睡 一夜好梦神清气爽 必须好评！

All the staff were very energetic, friendly and helpful. Location was very good, just min mins walk to metro Line 2and 6. Within 20 min walk, I can reached 钟楼，鼓楼，回民街，明城墙（永宁门）. Will definitely book this hotel again if back next time...

Nice & very clean hotel ,comfortable bed and staff very helpful even They can't speak English so our communication was a bit lost sometimes.
house keeper are very nice she even hang all care products /new water etc at the door room when you don't want a room cleaning . the hotel located in very center of all attractions,will definitely going back to stay here again if I visit Xi'an

The hotel is amazing. Convenient, clean and looks really new. Id come back to stay here again. However the gym advertised on the website is not yet ready.
