    这次入住体验太棒了！前台办理迅速，员工笑容亲切。客房整洁温馨，床品舒适，细节处处显用心。尤其感谢服务员主动多送了两瓶水，非常贴心。早餐品种丰富，味道也好。位置便利，周边安静。整体服务周到细致，真正感受到了宾至如归，下次一定会再选择这里！强烈推荐！

    前台小姐姐芳芳服务很热情，很专业 打电话给前台送水，也非常快 下次还预订这里，交通便利，停车方便 早餐也非常好吃，种类丰富

    订两个套房，23点多入住，结果到了房间没电，通知客房处理，上来后电了通了结果插座又没电，搞了半个小时也没好，打电话前台要么不接，要么説换房，等了很久，那么多年无论出差和度假很少遇到这样酒店服务！

    毫不夸张地説，这是我在西安住过最舒心的酒店之一！从走进大堂开始，就感受到了专业的服务。前台芳芳小姐姐的笑容特别有感染力，耐心地回答了我的所有问题，并高效地安排了安静的房间。酒店整体设计现代时尚，衞生无可挑剔，床品舒适，一夜好眠，早餐也特色美味。地理位置优越，对于赶高铁的旅客来説简直是福音。感谢芳芳和酒店团队带来的完美体验，下次来西安一定还住这里！
