因为朋友在出租车落下背包，由于我的电话是3G深圳卡号服务，不知道为何在西安不能使用不上，向酒店前台的服务员求救，前台的美女细心而且专业的解说，并且留下她的电话号码给我，等我可以跟出租车平台登记她的电话号码直接联系她，最后朋友的背包平安送回到酒店，失而复得，朋友好心！感谢大家的帮忙！
酒店附近有商场，周边有很多食店，位置很方便，酒店内的早餐亦是不错的选择。

The service of this hotel is perfect. The room is spacious and clean. Personal is very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect if you want to travel from or to Xianbei Railway station. The hotel offers drop-off and pick up service to or from the station. It is very convenient. We certainly recommend this hotel!

这次来西安参加比赛，想要住的舒适一些，看了好几家新酒店，只有美居最合适。房间面积大，最主要的是干净，酒店早餐也非常丰盛。楼下有好利来蛋糕店，刚好买了蛋糕放在酒店房间的小冰箱里。卫生间是干湿分离?智能马桶。前台接待淼淼小美女非常热心，很有亲和力，还贴心的帮我续住了房间，下次来西安出差还是首选美居酒店！

非常惊喜的酒店，晚上11点多到的火车站，自己只有一个人酒店也派了商务车来接站，虽然定的无早也送了早餐券，到房间后有贴心小礼包，法式装修风格很喜欢

酒店离西安北站很近，有免费接送站服务，大概10分钟左右车程，需提前预约。附近有肯德基、便利店等，蛮方便。房间内部设施齐全，智能马桶，淋雨器水量很大很不错。这次是带小朋友一起出行，能拼床还蛮好的。如有下次西安游，会考虑再次入住。

前台很热情，地铁走到酒店大概十分钟，周围吃的挺多，西安北接送服务一级棒，还有送水果。
