Wonderful location, very convenient. Staff very helpful and friendly. Especially Pau Jiek, smile on her face at all times and helpful! The receptionist in front, I didn’t get her name, helping us with luggages, offering us umbrellas when it was raining. Hotel also helped us take in our packages.
Room also very nice with free laundry room.
One suggestion is maybe can build a ramp in front of the hotel so it’s easier to bring up the luggages and for wheelchairs or strollers.
Also, there were inconsiderate guests who smoked inside the elevator, in front of elevator. That will be the only downside to our experience. Other than that, it was wonderful. Highly recommended!

酒店位置好，就在大唐不夜城隔壁，步行几分钟就到，离大唐芙蓉园也很近。衞生很好，床品都嘎嘎新，而且这家的枕头是我睡过这麽多酒店哪怕最高级的酒店也能媲美的记忆枕，给枕头点赞??！矿泉水也给加了很多，前台小姐姐都很热情，唯一缺点是被蚊子咬了，不然可以打一百分

Fantastic place if you want the hanfu experience. So many people are dressed up. It's next to the Great geese pagoda, few malls and one place where you can experience the Song and Ming dynasty cos play. I recommend the hotel! It's clean, the staff is very friendly and I'm in love with the place. Thank you!

My first trip to Xi'an with my family and our first hotel is platinum wan'ao hotel and it's clean and amenities are great.. my daughter loved the room.. smart toilet with good flushing system.. the only issues we have is the shower head water flow is about small and the hot and cold water function can be very hot at 1 time and very cold at another time.. and the hot water will run out.. location is great.. near to 大唐不夜城。sound insulation not so good can hear the machinery at night.. but other than than I loved our stay.. the laundry room just beside our room

This boutique style hotel is simple but yet elegantly decorated, the front staff is attentive, helpful, responsive and always smiling.
The room is simple, clean and nice.
This hotel is located within walking distance to nearby famous attractions, restaurants and historical temples .A lovely hotel to stay

Nice view with pagoda. Great location with Joy Shopping Mall, Starbucks and convenient stores nearby. Friendly staff but with limited English communication. They tried but there were still a communication barrier for non mandarin speaking guests. Room was okay size, relatively smaller than Hilton Garden Inn Bell Tower. Inconsistent water temperature where water temperature swing between hot and cold during shower. They allowed smoking thus the hotel hall and corridor smell cigarettes smoke. Your room may smell cigarettes smoke if you open the window and your neighbours is smoking.
