其他各方面均不错，但服务有瑕疵，给人以不适感。早餐时去餐厅，昨晚聚会饮酒太累，快到早餐结束点下去，忘换鞋，被告知不能以拖鞋进餐厅，反至换鞋，再进，服务员在一旁窃窃：此人刚穿拖鞋现才去换鞋。估计早起穿着较为随意，该服务员眼神言语中多有睥睨感，着实略有恼怒。

对于酒店的服务印象深刻。当时我因为第二天早上八点有个重要的谈判，需要使用行政酒廊的小会议室。但行政酒廊的服务员正常是在下午两点上班，经商量服务员为了我们谈判的顺利进行，故提早到早上八点上班布置好了小会议室，给我们提供了优质的服务。
