因经常出差，所以全住五星酒店。这个希尔顿体验感很差，服务人员需要有服务精神。吃早餐自助的时候餐饮服务员跟客人吵架；下午西安下雨，四个人出门借伞两把伞，被告知只有一把；晚上很冷，跟前台借床被子被告知没有；无语！建议培训一下员工的服务意识，挂的五星，希望能做的名副其实一些！！！！！
