酒店设施不错，在西安新区，就离市区有点距离，周边都是写字楼，几乎没看到商业配套；亲子房也不错👍，早饭也可以，总之不考虑位置的可以入住………

在西安的最后一天从乾陵回来，选择入住了这家高新希尔顿酒店。位置就在马路边上，跟着导航走很好找，到了之后，会有酒店的服务生引导停车，很赞。入住的时候，前台的妹妹会根据你对房间的要求分派合适的房间给你，并咨询你是否是希尔顿会员，如果不是的话，会帮你做一个会员申请，整体服务也很周道。酒店设施略微显得有点老旧，不过还是可以接受的，基本上该有的都有，个人很喜欢酒店淋浴室里面设置的石条和旁边的扶手，应该是考虑到有老人什么的，洗澡不方便而做的贴心设计，超赞。唯一不太好的是，洗手台附近没有放置垃圾桶，洗手台附近很容易产生垃圾丢弃的需求，每次都要走到厕所里或者房间里才可以扔垃圾，略微有点麻烦。酒店里3楼设置了健身中心和温泉池，本来想去体验一下的，但是由于旅游得实在太累了，最后放弃了，不过应该感觉还不错。酒店早上的叫醒服务是服务员电话叫醒，不是一些酒店的自动机器叫醒，感觉很贴心。另外，我在接听叫醒的时候，不小心挂断了电话，我以为就结束了，没想到酒店竟然专门安排了一个服务生来敲我的房门，确认把我叫醒，当时真的有被这样贴心细致的服务打动到。总体来说，再提升一下硬件设置，应该酒店会做得更棒！
