Everything met my expectations for comfort and good service.
The room was nicely furnished, very spacious, and felt peaceful and private. The hotel's location is convenient, and the whole atmosphere is pleasant and well-kept.
I was especially impressed by the staff. The front desk team was very professional and took care of everything we needed. The housekeeping was also excellent—they kept the room spotlessly clean without ever being intrusive.
The whole stay felt smooth and relaxed, which is exactly what you want. It’s the kind of consistent, quality experience that makes me definitely want to stay here again when I'm back in Xi'an.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Xi’an. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a clean, well-maintained swimming pool. The western breakfast was very tasty, with high-quality options. I also appreciated the beautiful statues and paintings throughout the hotel, which created a refined atmosphere. The staff were kind, professional, and always helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

酒店开业时间久，是老牌酒店，遇到所有工作人员都会很热情打招呼，服务态度很好，房间的衞生做的也很乾净，前台还给办理了免费的延迟退房，酒店离永兴坊很近，离钟鼓楼打车几分钟就到了，感觉出来玩订这个酒店很不错，下次还来

The service is top notch. They even let us check-in much earlier. The breakfast there was amazing, all of us wished we could eat more. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to try their pool or gym.
