We cannot recommend the Hilton highly enough. The location is excellent. The breakfasts are very good value for money. Laundry is a same day service. Staff are exceptional. A front desk lady, Jane, helped us with bookings to local attractions and went way beyond what anyone could expect to ensure a top class experience. Kitty, a manager in charge of front desk, was equally helpful. Staff cannot do enough for you. At one stage, we were called to check everything about our stay met our expectations. Service excellence in every respect

房间不大，刚进去稍微有点潮的味道，可能是因为下雨吧，然後床挺舒服的，不是特别软，睡了不会腰疼，两大一小住大床房不会挤，早餐真不便宜，选择性还行，没有老牌酒店那麽丰富，但是吃的也还行了

Un accueil avec le sourire, la politesse dans touts les services et dans un anglais parfait à la réception...Un service exemplaire avec un petit déjeuner qui contentera toutes nationalités et un bon emplacement, mais malheureusement cet h?tel ne répond pas à la qualité de la franchise Hilton, après avoir séjourner presque à chaque fois dans ses établissements; Où la satisfaction a toujours étée présente...
Le hall d'accueil nous fait rêver, mais arrivé au couloir desservant les chambres, c'est tout autre chose !.
Une odeur malsaine ressortant de la moquette défra?chie et hors du temps vous accueil...les chambres démodées vous rappelle les années 80...une rénovation est impérative!!!
La propreté laisse a désirée...la télévision était inexploitable avec une image dégradée...la literie, ainsi qu'autres assises de la chambre sont hors d'usages s'affaissants malgré mon poids léger!..
à notre départ j'ai fait part de ces remarques à la réception qui a pris note et c'est poliment excusée en nous offrant un joli cadeau...En espérant que leurs futurs clients auront des améliorations!..

酒店大堂是很华丽的。
酒店房间的饮品应该标注价钱牌在当眼的地方，因为没有上过一间咁高级的酒店是没有赠品。（饮品要收费）
清洁姐是友善换毛巾的
附近有便利店，晚上会有小摊档。
酒店冷气不够，打开窗还比冷气更舒服。
因为当天是突发预定的。价钱比较贵，但服务只是一般般。
有免费停车场，露天花园的

位置极佳，到各个景点都很方便。永兴坊步行街近在咫尺，酒店对面有很多餐厅，晚上10点後还有夜市。酒店的早餐非常多样而且可口，西安的特色小吃在这都可吃到。房间宽敞乾净，客房部姓辛的服务员非常细心和贴心，主动提供给我们瓶装水和额外的抽取面纸。富力希尔顿虽然不是很新的酒店，但设备维护的还不错，大厅有老牌五星的大气。如果要挑酒店的缺点就是电视该换新了。其他一切都很满意。

很满意的酒店
房间很大也很乾净，服务人员热情。
酒店早餐有西安特色小吃，最後一天吃了中餐厅的臊子麪，比小吃街的好吃。
交通方面，出门左转800米是五路口地铁站，去哪里都很方便。右转600米是永兴坊和城墙中山门，从这里登城可以避免南门的人流量。
缺点是电视机是老式的，画质有点糊。

酒店地理位置优越，去哪都方便，装修豪华、精致、典雅，处处兵、马。房间舒适，床品很好，睡觉环境安静。早餐多样丰富，菜品辣的偏多，不怎麽适合我们不能吃辣的人，行政酒廊也一样，服务周到、有求必应，酒廊的服务员都不错，勤劳帅哥服务很好贴心表扬一下。以後再来还会住这。

酒店大堂富丽堂皇，房间宽敞明亮，设施也还不错。酒店离永兴坊走路5-6分钟。离城墙10分钟左右。城墙夜景灯火辉煌，火树银花。现在游城墙的人不是很多，还可以看表演，给人的体验很好。酒店服务主动热情。早餐品种丰富，味道还可以。
