酒店的设施非常完善，房间乾净整洁，床品很柔软舒适，宾客关系Monica离店贴心问候，挺好的，酒店24楼有一个漂亮的游泳池和健身房，让我在休闲和锻链方面都有很好的选择。而且酒店的环境也非常安静，让我可以放松身心。强烈推荐这家酒店！

非常棒的一次体验，景观很好，安全感满分，也有环保意识，还给升级了房间和延迟退房，赠送的旅拍也不错，
退房后还借用了酒店电脑和打印机，Monica和同事们，包括酒廊的工作人员们都非常supportive，一直在帮着解决问题，感谢??

行政楼层非常高，视野很好。房间乾净整洁，宽敞明亮。因为商务原因需要延时退房，前台非常愉快的同意了。周围环境也不错，房间安静，餐具是wmf。楼下就是个大型商场，买一些日用品很方便。

Exceptional Service & Memorable Stay
We had an amazing stay at the JW Marriott. The hotel service was outstanding from start to finish, with staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic selection with something for everyone, and the Executive Lounge services were truly exceptional — a perfect space to relax with excellent food and attentive service.
A special mention to Angel Jiao, who was absolutely fabulous. She was always warm, professional, and willing to help, which made our experience even more memorable. Overall, a wonderful stay — we will definitely be back and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

衞生：房间空气清新，没有任何的异味，办公桌子上擦得很乾净哦，还会衞生间??马桶的衞生处理得特别到位，住起来特别舒服。
服务：礼宾部的马江涛Mark ma小哥的服务很棒，还有送餐小机器人??的服务也很不错??。
环境：早餐很丰盛 酒店??后面就有地铁站，是文景路四号线。去西安北站和西安咸阳国际机场很近的。
设施：开业两年多的新酒店，各项设施设备都齐全完善，非常不错。

环境：西安咸阳国际机场距离酒店仅不到30公里，非常方便出差和旅行的朋友们来此体验哦。
服务：一喽预抵大堂的礼宾部小哥马江涛Mark ma的服务态度很不错??，晚上点了外卖还会有送餐小机器人??服务上门哦。
衞生：做得确实不错??，整个房间没有任何异味，非常nice。
设施：38楼才是酒店办理入住手续的大堂，这里也是吃早餐的地方，下次回来西安还会来住的。

设施：房间配有空气净化器，咖啡机??智能马桶！智能客控很方便！
衞生：客房服务员打扫衞生仔细认真，房间打扫的一尘不染！超大落地窗采光很好！
服务：宾客关系maria提前电话联系安排房间服务很是周到，安排的房间景观也很不错！行政酒廊的下午茶和餐食简单但也不失品质，体验挺好的！下次会再来的！

服务：礼宾部小哥哥马江涛Mark ma的服务态度非常的不错哦??，点外卖??还会有送餐小机器人??直接送到门口??。
设施：38楼有大堂吧和西餐厅（吃早餐的），25到37层是酒店的客房楼层。24楼还有健身中心???♀?以及无边泳池??♀?和SPA哦。
衞生：万豪旗下的品牌酒店衞生方面没得説。打扫得非常之乾净。
环境：酒店距离西安北站高铁站??和西安咸阳国际机场??都不远的哦，特别方便来西安出差和旅游的朋友们。
