服务：礼宾部的小哥马江涛Mark ma的服务不错??，点外卖会有小机器人??送到门口的。
环境：酒店??大堂装修豪华，且距离西安火车站??和西安北站高铁站??都是很近的，方便出差。
设施：三楼有吃中餐的餐厅，38楼是酒店的空中大堂，也是办理入住手续的地方和吃早餐的。

酒店设计风格很独特，这次订的行政房，提供下午茶和欢乐时光，在36楼酒廊使用，很是方便，房间楼层很高都是180℃落地窗视野很开阔，房间衞生乾净整洁，床品很舒适亲肤，能提供良好的睡眠体验。宾客关系Monica提前联系帮我安排房间，体验超级棒，以后会经常光顾的！

服务：一楼预抵大堂的礼宾部小哥马江涛Mark ma的服务态度很是贴心，还有机器人送外卖。
设施：需要坐电梯到38楼空中大堂办理入住，除此之外，这一楼层还有吃早餐的西餐厅??哦。
衞生：地面清洁得非常到位，就像在家里一样。还有衞生间的衞生处理得也是非常细致周到的。
环境：步行几分钟便可到达四号线文景路地铁口，然后坐地铁很快就可以抵达西安北站高铁站。

这家酒店堪称理想之选。地理位置绝佳，离高铁站和商圈都很近，出行办事超方便。房间的办公桌椅宽敞舒适，高速WiFi从不掉线，惊喜的是高空视野！酒店大堂在38层，房间也都在25层以上，打开窗帘就是无遮挡城景，非常出彩。宾客关系Monica回访致电很用心，以后有机会还会再来！

这是一间非常舒适的酒店。虽然位置在三环一带，前往西安多个着名景点需要多花一些时间，但优点在于地理位置刚好介乎机场与市区之间，出行安排更灵活；同时酒店位于整栋大厦的高楼层，视野开阔、环境也相对安静。
酒店职员服务亲切周到，无论是前台或负责房务的阿姨都很友善，让人感到宾至如归。早餐自助餐选择丰富，涵盖亚洲及多国风味，亦有西安本地特色餐点可供品嚐。入住期间也留意到不少住客是外国旅客，包括日本与韩国旅客，整体氛围相当国际化。
整体而言，酒店在质感与设计上兼具高档、国际化的格调，同时融入西安的历史元素与地方特色，住起来舒适又有辨识度。
This is a very comfortable hotel. Although it is located around the Third Ring Road and it takes a bit more time to reach many of Xi’an’s famous attractions, its position roughly halfway between the airport and the city centre makes getting around quite convenient. The hotel occupies the upper floors of the building, so the views are wide open and the surroundings are relatively quiet.
The staff are warm and attentive; both the front-desk team and the housekeeping ladies are very friendly and really make you feel welcome. The buffet breakfast is plentiful, with a wide range of Asian and international options, as well as local Xi’an specialties to try. During my stay I also noticed that many guests were from overseas, including travellers from Japan and Korea, which gives the hotel a distinctly international atmosphere.
Overall, the hotel combines an upscale, international style with touches of Xi’an’s history and local character, so staying here feels both comfortable and full of personality.
Es un hotel muy cómodo. Aunque está situado en la zona del tercer anillo y se tarda un poco más en llegar a muchos de los lugares turísticos más conocidos de Xi’an, su ubicación a medio camino entre el aeropuerto y el centro de la ciudad hace que moverse sea bastante práctico. Además, el hotel ocupa las plantas altas del edificio, por lo que las vistas son amplias y el entorno es relativamente tranquilo.
El personal es muy amable y atento; tanto el equipo de recepción como las se?oras de la limpieza son muy cordiales y hacen que uno se sienta realmente bienvenido. El desayuno tipo bufé es muy variado, con una amplia selección de platos asiáticos e internacionales, e incluye también especialidades locales de Xi’an. Durante mi estancia también noté que había muchos huéspedes extranjeros, entre ellos viajeros japoneses y coreanos, lo que aporta al hotel un ambiente claramente internacional.
En conjunto, el hotel combina un estilo de alta categoría e internacional con toques de la historia y del carácter local de Xi’an, de modo que la estancia resulta cómoda y con mucha personalidad.
