很不错的酒店，这家JW万豪离机场和高铁站比较近，非常方便，房间内乾净明亮，住着非常舒适。宾客关系Monica离店问候热情仔细，很令人舒适。这家酒店还是很推荐的！！

房间落地窗看夜景非常漂亮，洗漱台和浴缸都是全景大窗，非常美。早餐很丰盛中西日式都有，值得入住体验。另外我想知道你家的床垫是什麽品牌，请告知一下谢谢！

Really nice hotel, sky lobby has really good views. Breakfast is also where the lobby is and shares the magnificent views. Location is slightly out of city center however there is metro within 10 min walk. It is also right next to a big shopping centre with many food options. Bathroom is magnificent, all veined marble, shower has a bench in it and the bathtub is a great place to relax at the end of a day. Hotel staff were also able to accomodate by giving us latex pillows tho I think they are getting a bit old and need to be replaced.
The pool is opened till very late 11pm, staff advised it was to allow customers to be able to go out for dinner and still come back to enjoy ammenities, I think thats very thoughtful.
Gym is also big and has great views, 24 hours access.
Monica helpful on WeChat, able to accomodate more personal requests such as changing linen daily and extra bottled water etc.
The only thing I will say is a bit annoying is that you need to take elevator up to 38th floor lobby, switch elevators then take it down to rooms. I believe rooms are levels 25-30 something. Aircon was a bit stuffy as no windows open and wifi was a bit glitchy.

房间乾净衞生，设施齐全，整个酒店环境舒适，安静，个人比较喜欢，打扫衞生及前台服务还有餐厅服务都很好，早餐也比较丰富。

酒店位於4号线文景路地铁口附近，走过去400米左右，大堂在38楼，房间比较新，面积挺大的，布草乾净，床垫舒服，墙面控制系统比较好，晚上起床就会亮，起到夜灯作用，马桶是自动的，房间里有胶囊咖啡，嚐了一下，口感细腻，好喝，第二天的早餐品种多，中西式都有，还有一些西安特色小吃，喜欢各种麪包，坐在云端，看着日出，甚是美好！提个建议，肉夹馍的馍有点硬，可以换换。
