必须给这家酒店的前台团队点个大大的赞！这次入住的体验感，从进门那一刻就被前台的服务拉满了。
办理入住时，工作人员全程面带微笑，动作麻利高效，没让我们多等一分钟。得知我们带着长者小孩，还主动升级了视野更好的家庭房，贴心提醒房间里提前备好的小童拖鞋和洗漱用品。
期间我们临时谘询周边的医院和餐厅，前台小姐姐不仅耐心推荐，还手写了详细的路线和招牌菜清单，连打车大概的费用都标注得清清楚楚。退房时更是细致，主动帮我们叫车，还特意嘱咐司机师傅慢行。
这样暖心又专业的服务，真的让人觉得特别舒服！下次来这座城市，一定还选这家酒店！

My stay at the Radisson RED in Xi'an was a fantastic blend of modern comfort and smart design. Although the location is a bit remote, the unit itself was exceptionally clean and comfortable.
