住了三晚，服务还挺好的，不过洗澡水的温度真的需要改进，在同一个温度下，一会儿冰凉、一会儿滚烫，太难受了，三晚无一例外都出现这种情况。

清明带爸妈来西安旅游入住丽思卡尔顿，体验非常之不错。酒店整体大气高端，房间布置干净整洁；早餐丰富多样，既有传统西安美食，也有中式和西式美食；交通便利，地铁6号线就在楼下；隔壁就是中大国际商场，想买个东西也非常方便。最值得一提的是客房经理赵蒙恩小姐姐，帮忙提拿行李、介绍房间设施、推荐西安名胜、安排特色小吃，每次在酒店遇到都会亲切地打招呼，让我们一家体验到了宾至如归的温暖。入住体验非常好，强烈推荐西安丽思卡尔顿，感谢赵蒙恩小姐姐的贴心服务～
