2.8号晚到酒店，网上预定了三间房、住了两见房，另一间房想要放东西前台居然不给开房，说是人数不够、我就奇怪了，我钱都给了，你管我怎么睡，这就算了，既然不给开三间房，那你订单又不给取消，因为我们到店比较晚，网站上🈶️取消不了，真的是服务太差了，表面看起来酒店还是好的，但是里面环境也差！就更不用说前台服务态度了！差的一踏糊涂！太失望了
