比较新的酒店，设施完善，并且智能，尤其是衞生间各自功能区域分离，使用起来很舒服，唯一就是马桶没有洁身器，由于前一天家人在秦岭遇大雪受寒不舒服，第二天订的是傍晚的航班，所以和酒店协商延迟了退房，酒店很快帮忙协调好了，服务也很好，周边购物用餐都很方便，和大唐芙蓉园仅隔一条马路，不错的选择。

Amazing stay at the Gran Melia. The staff was very helpful. They also upgraded us to the best suite for our honeymoon and decorated in such a lovely way ! We couldn’t have wished for more. Room was perfect and we even got a parting gift. Will come again because we are in love with this hotel.

酒店位置就在大唐芙蓉园旁边，近地铁四号线。周边商业很多，吃饭、购物方便。酒店工作人员非常有礼貌，待人彬彬有礼。早餐品种很多，中西兼顾。管家服务也很贴心。床品舒适，环境非常安静。

周末到西安过生日，入住盛美丽亚红阁套房，刚预订就打电话确认到店时间，告知是过生日。第二天12点到店办理入住，安排了酒店风景最好的房间，房间已经做好了生日装饰，还准备了小蛋糕和手写贺卡，非常贴心，全程服务在线，工作人员都特别友好热情，特别可爱！满分??！
