地段好！方便鸟瞰岳阳楼和洞庭湖！外观不错，可惜是老企业啦，设施旧，好适合怀旧旅游，总地来说性价比不错！

优点：房间宽大。位置不错，若楼层较高可看到岳阳楼，省下了80元门票钱。
缺点：设施有点老旧，落地灯有漏电，已通知酒店检修。停车地库到大堂的电梯有点远。
自助餐一般，不好不差。

酒店服务还算不错，但设施方面确实太陈旧了，房间卫主间顶上一块东西突然掉下来把我们吓了一大跳，幸好没伤着人呢。

酒店所处位置不错，到洞庭湖边只要5分钟左右，到岳阳楼也只需十来分钟路程。订的是3人间，房间确实很宽敞，卫生间也超大。从窗户可远眺洞庭湖大桥及湖面。不足的是房间设施比较陈旧，地毯较脏，隔音较差，由于靠马路的原因，比较嘈杂，早餐较差。总体来说性价比也还算可以
